Certificate of Insurance (COI) Instructions for EACs

All exhibitor appointed contractors (EACs) need to send proof of insurance to boothreview@ahrexpo.com by January tbd.

Exhibiting companies should hold insurance but do not need to provide proof of insurance to show management. 

Please make sure that the same exhibiting company name and booth # are referenced on the COI, on the correspondence accompanying the COI, and on the EAC Notification form that should be completed before COIs are submitted. 

Certificates must incorporate the following information:

• Description of Operations/Locations/Vehicles/Special Items:  AHR Expo, February 2-4, 2026;  Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada;  Exhibiting Company Name and BOOTH #; International Exposition Company as a co-insured.

• Limits of Liability should be as follows:  General liability $1,000,000; Automobile Liability $1,000,000; Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability $1,000,000.

• Certificate Holder:  International Exposition Company, 15 Franklin St, Westport, CT 06880.
